Genuine brand, authentic, and limited warranty

All brands that we sell at Monoshopping.com are genuine brand name products. Excluding the vintages, they are all brand new watches. We buy our watches through authorized dealers and distributors and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry.

We offer genuine and brand new watches. All watches have basic warranty which covers any manufacturing defects for a given time (from one year to 3 years depending on brand) and have extended warranty of one or two years given by Monoshopping.com. The warranty, either basic or extended, covers all manufacturing defects, simple adjustments, but it doesn't cover damage due to misuse or neglect, or normal wear and tear, scratch, water damage, or shipping costs.

Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Monoshopping.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Monoshopping.com will void this warranty. Monoshopping.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Monoshopping.com's' warranty service

To receive warranty service, you will need to ship your watch to us.
You will receive our warranty card, which specifies the purchase information-containing brand, the model number, date of purchase, and the terms and conditions of our warranty. All repairs and replacements will be handled by Monoshopping.com. All brand names mentioned or stated on our site are the brand names of the respective brand holders. We are not direct authorized dealer for the watch that we sell, which gives us the freedom to sell at our own price discretion.
